Practical Information for Poster Presentations
Poster Dimensions: max width: 90 cm – max height: 120-150 cm (= PORTRAIT position).
Installation: Monday July 3, between 08.00 and 10.30 hrs.
Removal: Wednesday July 5,  between 12.30 and 13.30 hrs (during lunchtime).
Please bring your paper poser to the Conference Centre. Fixing material will be available on-site.

Poster Tours

Poster presenters are requested to be present at their poster for Q&A during the Poster Tours:
Poster Tour 1 – Posters 1 – 50: Monday July 3, 16.00 – 16.45 hrs
Poster Tour 2 – Posters 51 – 101: Tuesday July 4, 10.15 – 11.00 hrs

Upload your poster as a PDF file so we can share your poster in the EAVPT Congress app.

Upload your PDF Poster here and use the same login and password as for the abstract submission. When logged in, click on the abstract title and upload your poster at the bottom of the page (button: ‘Upload Poster’). Posters must be uploaded at the latest by June 18.
