Guidelines for Poster presentations<\/h3>\n

Posters have to be presented in both a paper and electronic format<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1\/ paper format: will be installed in the conference centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Practical Information for Poster Presentations <\/u><\/strong>
\nPoster Dimensions<\/strong>: max width: 90 cm \u2013 max height: 120-150 cm (= PORTRAIT position).
\nInstallation<\/strong>: Monday July 3, between 08.00 and 10.30 hrs.
\nRemoval<\/strong>: Wednesday July 5, \u00a0between 12.30 and 13.30 hrs (during lunchtime).
\nPlease bring your paper poser to the Conference Centre. Fixing material will be available on-site.<\/p>\n

Poster Tours<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Poster presenters are requested to be present at their poster for Q&A during the Poster Tours:
\n<\/strong>Poster Tour 1 \u2013 Posters 1 – 50: Monday July 3, 16.00 \u2013 16.45 hrs
\n<\/strong>Poster Tour 2 \u2013 Posters 51 – 101: Tuesday July 4, 10.15 \u2013 11.00 hrs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upload your poster as a PDF file so we can share your poster in the EAVPT Congress app.<\/p>\n

Upload your PDF Poster here<\/a> <\/strong>and use the same login and password as for the abstract submission. When logged in, click on the abstract title and upload your poster at the bottom of the page (button: ‘Upload Poster’).
